Thank you so much for sending an engineer round yesterday. Id only expected someone to phone me and talk me through how to change the settings. It never occurred to me that you would send somebody. But it was great he came, as he was able to sort out a line appearing, due to something not being straight. and also was able to change it so that the letterhead tray didn’t automatically kick in when other paper tray was empty

I wonder if you could pass on that I was very impressed, usually in my experience when something technical and new arrives here it is a bit of a nightmare, however they were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and did exactly what they said they would do, cheers
