If one of our dedicated support technicians has requested a remote support session to diagnose or resolve an issue on your system, please download and run the secure TeamViewer application on the affected computer or server using the official download link provided on this page.
Once downloaded, locate the file in your system’s download folder and run the installer. This lightweight software establishes a secure, encrypted bridge between your machine and our help desk, allowing our engineers to view your screen and control your system to deploy quick fixes, run diagnostic tools, or update configurations without needing an on-site visit.
Critical Note for macOS Users (Mac/Apple Devices)
Please note that when installing and running TeamViewer on a Mac, Apple’s built-in privacy protocols will require you to manually grant the application administrative permissions before we can interact with your desktop. If you are operating on macOS, you will need to navigate to your System Preferences (or System Settings on newer macOS versions), select Privacy & Security, and ensure that TeamViewer is explicitly permitted under both the Screen Recording and Accessibility menus.
Without adjusting these specific security permissions on macOS, our technical team will only be able to view your desktop background or a black screen, and we will be locked out from controlling your mouse or keyboard to fix the underlying issue.
